I have also helped lead a variety of charities, was a school governor and served on Elim's management Board. I was trained and served for many years as a Lay Reader in The Birmingham Diocese and served on PCC's. I was the lay leader of the Elim Church in Ledbury for several years. I am the Chair of Trustees for LEAF.

Phil is also the Methodist District Ecumenical Officer for Herefordshire and will Chair the Churches Together in Herefordshire standing committee from November 2021. Phil is also involved in the Ledbury Debt Centre, and a trustee for Ledbury Foodbank and Bromyard Foodbank and CMA. Phil is also a Street Pastor and Street Ambassador in Hereford.

Geoff Rutherford
Having worked in primary education for over 40 years both as a class teacher and a headteacher I have a keen interest in seeing children flourish and am excited at the prospect of being able to support LEAF as it works with the young people in the town. Away from school I have led the Baptist church for nearly 20 years and am delighted that this has afforded me the opportunity to serve as an ex-officio trustee.

Rev. Keith Hilton-Turvey
Keith is the rector of St Michaels and All Angels in Ledbury.
He is a lover and accidental collector of all kinds of eccentric bits of information. Keith moved from Cricklewood with his wife Wendy.
